For a perfect application of Charlotte Bio felt-tip eyeliner, start with a simple, thin line by sticking the tip of the eyeliner to the eyelid for a natural result. For a bolder look, intensify the line in several strokes. Taking into account the shape of your eyes, adjust the line: start at ¾ for close-set eyes, slightly go beyond the mobile eyelid for slanted eyes, opt for a thick, long line for round eyes, or start at the inner corner for distant eyes. For almond-shaped eyes, anything goes! Finish by applying your mascara to intensify your look.
