You can apply your mattifying powder on bare skin or over your BB Cream, CC Cream or foundation. Use a powder brush with soft bristles for a precise and fluid application. Pay particular attention to areas prone to shine, especially the T-zone. Make sure to even out your complexion without leaving visible traces of powder.
