There are several ways to apply Charlotte Bio eye pencil. You can apply it as an eyeliner by drawing a line along the upper lashes to intensify the look. Blend for a softer effect. It can also be used as a Kohl on the inner mucous membrane of the eye. Let your creativity run wild and create your most beautiful creations!
