Before going to bed, spray the Dreamy Pillow mist on your pillow and sheets. Wait 10 minutes to allow the oils to work. In the meantime, treat yourself to a relaxing foot massage by applying a small amount of Bottom Up foot cream. Start with the heels, soles, toes, and gently work your way up, finishing with the ankles. For optimal relief, press on the pressure points on the soles of your feet. Lay your head on the pillow and breathe slowly and deeply… We also recommend spraying the mist in your bedroom to create a real bubble of well-being.
