Directions for use

Ideally take 3 tablets per day, divided into 2 in the morning (avoiding proximity to theine if possible) and 1 in the evening, over a period of 30 days. An alternative is to take 2 tablets in the evening if improving sleep is the priority sought. It is recommended to follow this intake for 2 to 3 months, followed by a break, and to resume if necessary. It is advisable to take the tablet outside of tea consumption times (with an interval of at least 1 hour). The tablet can either be chewed or cut in half before being swallowed. This formula is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years old, and in case of taking antidepressants.
