Directions for use

Before use, be sure to shake the bottle well. Dilute 4 mL, equivalent to a measuring cap or a teaspoon, in your morning drink. It is recommended to take this supplement preferably 2 to 3 hours after other dietary supplements. After opening, please keep the bottle in the refrigerator and use it within one month. One bottle is intended for 15 days of use, ideally in the period before menstruation, after overeating or during seasonal changes. We recommend not to exceed a continuous intake of one month every 2 to 3 months. The new measuring cap makes it easier to use, and the new orange blossom flavor adds a pleasant note to your routine. Precautions for use: Food supplements should be integrated into a healthy lifestyle, associated with a varied and balanced diet. Make sure to keep them out of reach of children and to respect the recommended doses. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 16 years of age. In case of medical treatment, it is recommended to seek advice from your doctor.
