Directions for use
Gastro-resistant capsules give you the flexibility to take 2 per day, at any time of the day, with a large glass of water, even during meals. A single pillbox ensures a duration of 30 days of taking. For optimal results, one month of taking is generally sufficient. Then, take a break of a few weeks to assess the persistence of the effects, and resume as needed. It is recommended to start with a one-month intake (or three months if you are taking antibiotic treatment, during and after), and you have the option of continuing in maintenance at a rate of 3 times per week (2x 3 capsules per week). The product is not recommended for children under 10 years old, but is suitable for pregnant women.
