Directions for use
simply add water, shake and enjoy fill about a third of the bottle with drinking water* add powder (25g) top up with water, up to the shoulder of the bottle (= 225ml of water for a total final volume of 250ml) close and shake vigorously 10 times, until the mixture is homogeneous leave to stand for 20 minutes** shake again 5 times to ensure everything is well mixed.
