Directions for use

AJYGUT: 2 capsules per day in the morning on an empty stomach. After taking antibiotics, it is recommended to follow a minimum 2-month treatment. To be repeated at each change of season, i.e. at least 4 times per year. AJYFLORE: During an infection: 2 to 4 capsules per day for 7 to 10 days then continue for 1 month at a rate of 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach. As a preventative measure: in the event of repeated cystitis and vaginitis: 2-month treatment at a rate of 2 capsules per day on an empty stomach. AJYSPM: 3 capsules per day To be taken 2 weeks before your period (more or less depending on your cycle) and during your period. Can be taken continuously
